Carter's Preschool Graduation!

On June 1st, Carter had his big Preschool Graduation. He was very excited to graduate and counted down the days till he could be done with school. We went out and bought him a new outfit just for the occasion. He looked like a little STUD!

We asked him where he wanted to eat on his special day and of all places he said "Taco Time." So Taco Time it was!!! He was grinning ear to ear when we pulled into the parking lot:) Doesn't take much to make this kid happy. Funny Boy!

Carter with his favorite Ms. Hilary!

When they got done with the program they got to throw their hats in the air. You could hear Carter giggle when he threw it.

Daddy sure loves his Carter!

So does Mommy!

Grandma Sue & Papa Tom wouldn't miss their Car Car's Big Day!

Either would Grandma Terra and Grandpa Bruce!

Lela even came to celebrate!

Congrats Preschool Class of 2010!
We love you Carter!

Blakley got her 1st haircut on Memorial Day!!

Check out that CRAZY hair that she has!

Yep, That's a MULLET alright!

SERIOUSLY can she be any cuter????
She sat there so still. I think she loved having her hair played with:) Really I am just having her practice holding still so I can do fun things with hair when it gets longer! Can't wait!!!

Memorial Day Celebration

I always love when Memorial Day comes around. Even though, I am well aware of the absence in our family from those who have passed away and miss them all dearly. I love spending time with family (especially ours) during the holiday weekend. This year, we visited two different cemeteries, 11 different gravesides and still managed to squeeze in 3 BBQs.

What a weekend!

Me, Clint & our kids
Grandma Terra & Grandpa Bruce
4 of my nieces & my nephew

Troy Troy with his cousin Jessica

Our Sweet Blakley

Clintie and his sweet mom

Grandma Terra with 2 of her grandkids,

Look who can stand all by herself?
BLAKLEY

"Uncle" Scoob invited us over for a BBQ to break in his new house!!!! I love that he didn't mind holding Blakley, even though she was a sticky mess from eating all of the watermelon.

We were excited that Kathy came in town for the weekend.
Thanks guys for having us over.

Midway to Heaven

Clint surprised the family with a getaway. YEAH!!! The kids were so excited to go and play for a couple of days. We went up there on Saturday afternoon after Tanner and Troy's games were over.

Swimming was the only thing on the boys mind. We could barely get them to go eat dinner first before hitting the pool. Carter can now jump in and swim across the width of the pool without his life jacket on. GO CARTER! Troy swims the length of the pool without any help. But the hot tub is his favorite. GO TROY! And Tanner is just a little fish. GO TANNER!

Sunday we spent the day at the park.

We fed the ducks!

We enjoyed the WEATHER and the VIEW!

We slid down the slides lots!

We acted like monkeys on the monkey bars!

And we went on nature hikes, sometimes carrying one another:)
Tanner, your such a great big brother. Thanks for giving Troy a piggyback ride when he got a sliver in his foot. He loves you!

We couldn't have had a better time!
Thanks Jojo for your connections:)

Carters' New Sport

Carter is loving playing T-Ball this year!
Probably because he is with his best buddies:
Brooks, Bryton, Alex and Parker
Plus it doesn't hurt that his daddy is his coach....LUCKY!!
By the end of the season he wanted Clint to pitch to him instead of hitting off of the tee. Great Job this year Buddy!!!

Troy's Special Night

Clint and I have decided that we wanted to start having one~on~one time with each of the kids to make them feel special:)
Clint started off our new tradition with Troy!

He took him to go see this:

Troy was so excited to go all by himself with his daddy!
I know Clint LOVED it, too!

Today, Blakley got her tubes in her ears. The day started out early for us. She woke up with all smiles at 6:00 (normally its about 8:00). We got ready and headed up to the hospital. She was scheduled for surgery at 9:15 am. I was so worried that she would be cranky because she couldn't have anything to eat after midnight last night, but she was great!
I know it looks like she is about to cry in this picture, but really she is just about to do her "ewww" face. It's a face that she pulls when she discovers something cool!

I love this picture!!
She was laughing trying to pull on her ankle band.
FUNNY GIRL

After the surgery was over the doctor came and got us and took us back to the recovery room. We were only there a few minutes before she woke up smiling and waving her arms in the air. She was so HAPPY! The nurse said that this is so uncommon. Most kids wake up super grouchy. Not Blakley Girl! I have no doubt that she did remarkably well because of the sweet priesthood blessing that her daddy gave her last night. Thanks Babe!

She loved her sippy with apple juice:)

Some of the tiles on the ceiling had paintings on them.
She loved looking and pointing at them.

She slept all the way home. When we got home she had a few bites to eat then whined to go back to bed.
Sweet Dreams Sweet Girl!

I so hope this will put an end to her constant ear infections.
Poor Girl!

I always love lounging around on Sunday afternoons with our family.
We decided to have a BBQ since the weather was good for once:)

Troy and Carter helped me in the kitchen
Aren't these boys the cutest things ever?

Clint and his darling mom
I LOVE this picture!

I sure love this little girl:)
Blakley loved being outside!

Codes and Wends came and joined us.
Never a dull moment with them around! Cody always has the funniest stories:) I didn't get a picture of Mr Bentley, dang it!

Tanner and his Great-Grandpa Ted
What sweet men!

World's Best Parents
I love you guys!

Jessica's Surprise Party!

My niece Jessica was nominated to be a MAG officer for the sophomore class next year.... so we decided to throw a SURPRISE PARTY to celebrate!
MAG officers are in charge of planning all of the girl choice dances throughout the year. She is going to have such a great time. She is so excited for next year. YEAH!
