Bobcat Award

Last night at his Pack Meeting, Tanner received his Bobcat! Which hopefully will be the first of many awards to come.

I was called up front and Tanner got to pin a bobcat pin on me. How fun that the moms get something too.

Clint could not make it to the pack meeting so Troy and Carter filled in for him:) Thanks boys!

Provo Canyon 1/2 Marathon

Clint, Wendy and her sister Amy all decided to be crazy together and run a half marathon!!!

The Cheerleaders waiting at the finish line.
It was pretty cool that morning. Good thing we came prepared with a car full of blankets:)

It was so exciting to see Clint come around the bend in the path!
The boys were yelling and cheering him on.
GO DADDY GO!

Oh Thanks Troy!

Troy: (very innocently says to me) "Mom, You're not the meanest mom in the world."
Me: "I'm not?"
Troy: "Nope, the Devil's kids' mom is meaner."

One week later we had this conversation:

Me: "Hey Troy, Jessica and Tristin are going to babysit you this week"
Troy: "They are!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!! Where are you going?"
Me: "Me and daddy are going to a seminar on how to be better parents."
Troy: (very puzzled) "There are better parents than you?!?!?"

At least I am getting better in his book instead of worst. That's all I can ask for:)

Troy's 1st Day of School

Isn't he just the cutest ever?

I can't believe that my little boy is old enough to be in Kindergarten already. Didn't I just have him a couple of months ago?!?! He just can't be in school yet. Carter and I are going to miss him while he is gone. Good thing we have Blakley to entertain us:)

Troy was a little nervous to go to school today. Good thing his neighborhood friend Rachel is in his class. Having her to walk into school with seem to make everything OK!
