Tanner's the BIG *10*

Tanner's Birthday is here!!!
He is 10 years old!!
WOW!

All three of my boys went to bed in Tanner's room the night before his birthday with the intention of staying up all night and catching the balloon fairy in the act. They even set up a trap. TRICKY! TRICKY! Good thing the Balloon Fairy was extra careful that night and was able to get all the balloons in his room without even interrupting their dreams!

This note was found on the floor of his room under all of the balloons.

The boys were LUCKY enough to be on Spring Break, which means NO SCHOOL!! YEA!! Tanner got to choose where he wanted to meet his daddy for lunch. When you give him a choice it will almost always be SUBWAY. So Subway it is! They have been begging to go see the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2 movie so after lunch, we piled back into the car and off to the theater we went.

Later that night came the PRESENTS!
I took Carter, Troy and Blakley to the store and let each of them pick something out for Tanner. They each picked the funniest gift!

Troy picked out his favorite chips!

Carter picked out his favorite cookies!
Wow are we addicted to food here or what:) lol

Blakley (with a little help) picked out his favorite movie!
August Rush

It seems like lately, he has been growing like a weed and needs all new clothes. Shirts and shorts are on the top of that list.

You're going to be one good-lookin kid in those new clothes!
Happy Birthday Buddy!
I sure love you!

It'S pArTy TiMe

March and April are packed full of birthdays for our family, with 2 in March and the other 4 in April (not including our extended family) it seems like we are having a party every week:) Clint and Tanner's birthday fall at the beginning of April and only 2 days apart. We had one BIG family party to help them celebrate.

Clint's friend Scoob gave him a fun gift:)
Thanks for the laughs Scoob!

Tanner made out like a BANDIT with all his gifts!
He got goggles and dive toys from Cody and Wendy.

He got basketball shorts and a tee shirt from Shane and Emily.

He got a new basketball and bullets for his air-soft gun from Scoob!

He got a flag football game from Grandma Terra.
PLUS $10 from Great-Grandpa Ted.

Lucky for me, the girls made the cakes for both Tanner and Clint!
Tanner got a Soccer ball!

I was hoping that we took a picture of Clint's cake before we cut into it. But I can't find one. Jessica had drawn a picture of a wheelchair on it. Super Cute for my OLD MAN:) lol

Great-Grandpa Ted reading stories to Bentley. What a CHERISHED picture! Look how cute they are together.

Grandma Sue with Princess Kenli

Cute Little Benson posing for a picture!

Thanks to everyone who came to help celebrate two of the most important peoples in my life. I feel so blessed to have such an amazing family.

Swimming Time

We are so excited that the new rec center opened up!!!
YEA YEA YEA

During the Priesthood Session of conference, us girls thought it would fun to pile all of the kids into the car and head on over to the rec center to do some swimming. We choose the perfect night to go. We had the pool to ourselves:) Which is amazing because usually it's packed!

Carter couldn't of been any happier. He got to hang out with three of his most favorite cousins in his most favorite pool. (But really all of his cousins are his FAVORITE!)

Blakley turned out to be quite the little fish!
She LOVED the water!

I'm really glad that I got a group picture to prove that my other boys were there. Once we got there, they never slowed down enough for me to get their picture:) Silly boys! And I glad that my sweet mother~in~law came with us, so I someone to chat with the whole time. Thanks Terra!

I have a feeling that we are going to get a lot of use out of our memberships there!!

Blakley's Quite the Helper!

Blakley LOVES to be my little Helper:)
Her new favorite thing is the dishes! She will push a chair over to the sink all by herself and start washing anything that's left in there.

Look at her poor little nose! She fell all the way down our stairs and got quite the carpet burn. Poor Girl!

Thanks Blakley Doo for all your help!
You do such a good job on the dishes!

13.1 Miles

Clint ran his first HALF MARATHON of the year!
YEA YEA YEA
And once again he didn't fail to impress us!

Carter wanted to make a poster for his daddy! He made this one all by himself:) I love the "Don't Sweat" on it!

Tanner turned the poster over and made his own on the back of Carter's. Troy helped them both with the coloring:)

We were so hoping for a warm day, but it was FREEZING. Luckily, they had fire pits set up by the finish line:)

Nearing the Finish Line

Great Time Babe!!!

Brittany Goes to the Temple!!!!

Aunt Marilyn and Brittany

I couldn't be any happier for my cousin Brittany.

She decided to get endowed in the Bountiful Temple! She lives in Denver and decided to come over here where she would have the most family support!! I so wish that I could have been there with her this day. There is nothing like the sweet spirit you feel when you are in the temple. With her endowment time being so early in the morning, there was just no way that I was able to get my kids ready and off to school, have Blakley to my nieces' house and be all the way to Bountiful in time. So Sad:( I was able to pick up some flowers for her and surprise everyone at the luncheon afterwards. Second Best huh?

She was so happy! You could just see it in her face. She was practically glowing:)
My cute grandpa with his daughter and grand-daughter.

Awww cute:)
OK just her!

I was sad that I didn't pull the camera out until Cody and Wendy and their kids had left. Sorry Guys, you're not forgotten! I promise:)

Aunt Judy, my dad, Aunt Marilyn, Uncle Gary and Grandpa Ted

Cousin Kathy and her hubby Kent, Brittany and Grandpa

Brittany, her half siblings and their mom, Naomi and her mom

Brittany and her best friend (who traveled with her from Denver)

Thanks Brittany for sharing this special day with all of us. I can't wait till you come back and visit so we can do a session together. Come soon:) Love you!
